What is a Serviced Apartment?
A serviced apartment is a fully-furnished and equipped self-contained unit. The apartments can be let or rented from 1 night or more, and are the most cost-effective solution for long and short stays.
Unlike a Hotel Room your apartment will be equipped with kitchen or kitchenette and living/dining area which gives more freedom to entertain and allows you to socialise and relax in a way that is impossible to do when staying in a hotel room, giving you more space and flexibility as well as being generally 25% cheaper.
All bills are included in the price (except telephone calls) and cleaning service with full linen change is provided at least once a week.
